Replaced legacy account AIX Unix accounting system to include, document management and work-flow software. Integrated new system with old custom industry software and Mediawiki (self documentation).

Integrated Insurance Cooperative legacy system with 3 major Insurance Companies systems via daily flat file exchanges. Service 100’s of end-user cooperative client companies via web site integration.

  • Project management of critical Business Process Re-Engineering.

Modernized legacy filePro/Unix system adding web integration.

  • Integrate legacy systems with bank system dramatically improving accuracy and timeliness of transactions. Initiated numerous busness process improvements – balancing schedules of contract payments, electronic funds transfers, user activity tracking/accountability and automatic bank reconciliation using bank’s web site and internal accounting data.

  • Developed a comprehensive filePro database program to control the scheduling of school bus routes and the required resources of personnel and equipment.

  • Administration of Retail Chain Operations, Real Estate Development and Leasing and Computer Systems.

  • Developed and operated a 24 out-let chain of retail gas stations with sales in excess of 40M

  • Formed and operated Outlet “bay” type car wash business.

  • Initiated environmental controls and procedures and operating standards and practices.

  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of all on-site retail management.

  • Developed site plans and shepherded them through the municipal site plan process.
